My experience with Jim at Home Sweet Home could not have been better! I walked through the inspection with him and he taught me so much about the home I was about to purchase. He helped me distinguish between the issues that were important and those that were not so important. He was very knowledgeable and generous with information, and he volunteered to be available for any follow up questions about handling issues relating to my home. This is by far the best home inspection company on the island. Jim trained all of his staff and is a home improvement savant/genius. He knows everything about everything. He goes above and beyond when inspecting a home you want to purchase. He checks everything and will thoroughly answer any question you have. I cannot say enough good things about them. Jim Jacobs is everything you need in an inspector and more. I walked away from the inspection knowing far more than I had before and Jim gave some great tips on how to maintain our new home.
