Our comprehensive home inspections cover structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Two licensed inspectors evaluate foundations, roofs, attics, and interiors to identify issues. Clients receive digital reports with photos and video for clear understanding.
Termite Report
Included with all home inspections, our termite/WDO assessments identify wood-destroying organisms. We document infestations or damage and provide recommendations for treatment or prevention.
Mold Testing
We conduct air and surface sampling to detect mold spores. Results help identify moisture sources and guide remediation strategies for healthier indoor environments.
Sprinkler Inspection
Our specialists evaluate sprinkler system functionality, including pipes, valves, and coverage. We identify leaks or inefficiencies to ensure optimal landscape maintenance.
Pool Inspection
We assess pool structures, filtration systems, and safety features. Inspections include water chemistry testing and evaluations of electrical components for compliance and safety.

We needed a home inspection, reached out to Jeff on Friday, inspection was done seamlessly on Sunday. Easy to reach him by phone, or text. Report ready on Monday. This is how a home inspection process should be. Absolutely great experience! I would highly recommend Jeff!

I was fortunate to find Jeff. We were in somewhat of a hurry and of the 3 or so inspectors I called, Jeff was the only one to take my call promptly, answered all of my questions and price was reasonable. At the inspection he was thorough, complete and totally professional and his report was more like a dissertation than a inspection and delivered it within hours. Was I impressed and would I recommend him? Absolutely!

Jeff did our home inspection prior to us signing the contract and because of his thorough inspection we decided not to go with the home. Thank you Jeff for doing an amazing job. We will be calling you again soon!
