Custom Pool Design
Our award-winning designers create customized pool layouts tailored to property specifications and client preferences. Using advanced software, we develop detailed blueprints for luxury pools with features like infinity edges, geometric patterns, and integrated water elements. The process includes collaborative consultations, engineering approvals, and city permitting coordination to ensure seamless execution of both classic and contemporary designs.
Commercial Pool Construction
We specialize in large-scale aquatic facilities for hotels, resorts, and public venues. Our commercial services include designing and building recreational pools, water parks, training facilities, and decorative fountains. Projects feature custom elements like water slides, interactive play areas, and architectural water features while meeting strict commercial safety and accessibility standards through comprehensive planning and expert construction.
Residential Pool Renovation
Our renovation team modernizes existing pools with contemporary upgrades and functional improvements. Services include installing new tile work, updating safety features, adding luxury elements like fire pits or pergolas, and repairing structural components. We transform outdated pools into energy-efficient, aesthetically pleasing spaces that enhance property value while maintaining the original construction's integrity through precision craftsmanship.
Custom Pool Features
We integrate premium custom features that elevate pool functionality and aesthetics. Options include acrylic pool walls for underwater viewing, elaborate rock waterfalls, lazy rivers, deck jets, and complete outdoor kitchen installations. Each feature is engineered for safety and durability while complementing the overall design theme, whether creating a tropical oasis or modern architectural statement through lighting, materials, and water effects.
Outdoor Living Spaces
Our team designs cohesive outdoor environments that extend living spaces beyond the pool area. Services encompass creating luxury patios, tiki huts, sun shelves, and complete entertainment zones with integrated seating and shade structures. We coordinate all elements - from landscaping to lighting - to create functional, weather-resistant spaces that facilitate year-round enjoyment of South Florida's climate through durable materials and climate-appropriate design principles.

Update 11-16-21 - It has been over a month since I posted this review and let Van Kirk know who I am since they claimed they don't l know which customer posted this review, and I have heard nothing. Another example of their fine customer service. I hesitated to post this review because I wanted to work with Van Kirk & Sons to resolve the ongoing issues with the pool and spa that they designed and installed less than 4 years ago; however, they have ignored my emails and my most recent letter sent to them via USPS on August 11, 2021. Since completion of our new pool and spa in November 2017, there

I couldn't be happier with my newly installed Van Kirk & Sons pool in my backyard. What a great experience working with their entire crew. Golan, Matt, Samantha, Tim and the rest of the group made the process quick and painless, unlike many other pool companies that other neighbors have used in the past. If you are in the market for a new pool, I would highly recommend that you give this company a chance to transform your backyard. I am so glad that I did!
