Can I get a Florida Real Estate License if I am not a citizen of the USA or Florida Resident? Yes, you can. You do not have to be a Florida resident or U.S. citizen to obtain a Florida real estate license. The Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) will determine whether your background will prevent you from licensure.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

A request for a refund must be made no later than 24 hours before the start date of class. Refunds will be returned within 7-10* business days of receipt, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle.
