Lowcountry Dermatology, founded in 1968 by Dr. Roy Nickles, was one of the first dermatology practices in Charleston. Dr. Nickles worked in solo practice until Dr. Sandra Hannegan joined the practice in 2000. Dr. Nickles retired in 2003 to travel and spend time with his family. Dr. Cynthia Wilson joined Lowcountry Dermatology in 2012.
