If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled visit and have not notified the front office, you may have to reschedule your appointment. We strive to stay on schedule with our patients, and we appreciate your cooperation with this matter. Failing to contact the office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a $40 fee.
