While I have complaints about GLASA as an organization, I do want to start with the fact that we had a great soccer season with my 7 year old this Fall. My husband was an assistant coach and we were surprised to learn that coaches are responsible for securing a practice field (which costs $$) and procuring uniforms. Toward the end of the season, we didnt even have refs so my husband (with no ref training) was officiating the games. Also, we had our last game this past Saturday and as of today (Wednesday) we still have no medals to pass out. We want to continue to play soccer and it doesnt

Kids soccer: although communication can be difficult with the office, my 3 kids have all had great experiences with GLASA! If you start young enough, they seem to organize the teams by location pretty well. (Or even better, volunteer to coach and you choose!) They always need volunteers, so if you would like to dictate where and when practice is consider coaching. GLASA fields are significantly better than the surrounding leagues we play with.

So unprofessional of them to change the rules of the coed league 3 weeks before the season starts. Every guy on my team is under 25 years old and with the new rules my team would not be qualified to play. Uniforms have been ordered and theres no way to return them. People have committed their time and energy to the original schedule that was given (Friday nights) and now they will have to rearrange their schedules in such short notice. There are also newcomers to the league and sport who have invested money on equipment such as cleats and shinguards and it will all be for nothing because of

So unprofessional. Every time there are changes, it's way too late to sign up anywhere else. Signed up for the coed league on Fridays and now they're moving it to Sundays to accommodate the men's league. Not only that, but they also changed the age requirements and nobody under 25 can sign up for the coed league, which is the majority of our team. They have no consideration for player's time and energy. Uniform orders have been placed, and they offer zero solutions.

2 weeks before we were set to play they completely change the age restrictions (men must be over 25). While I understand it's to "strengthen the league" this decision should've been made either at the end of last season or at the very least before we registered. We even had jerseys made and it is now too late to join other leagues.

First off let me start off by saying, the commissioner of the adult soccer league, Andres Molina DOES NOT even deserve to be a representative for Glasa. He allows HIS players to play that do not even officially have a players card and 2 of his players have the same 91 number. His team Beast Mode ambushed us in the parking lot after the game (with children present) after we forfeited the game. The reason was because a lot of our players where getting hurt. The men from Andres Molinas team used very vulgar language and purposely hurt 2 girls on our team. If a representative

I thought to join my Kids in GLASA as a better organization but it turn out it was the worst experience we all have have. In fact I regret that we didn't sign with Challenger Sports they are 100 time more organized than GLASA. GLASA even assigned my kids in a team that is far away from us and the coach select practicing fields that are too far from where we live. I really don't understand who is doing the roasters at GLASA, they need to pay better attention to where the players live and also to put into consideration that most parents finish work at 5:00 if not later and if they assign the kid
