Alan Beckley is the owner of Alert Driver Training, LLC in Rock Hill, SC and is a certified Third Party Tester for the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles. Starting with his own two teenagers, Alan has taught over 1,000 students, ranging from teenagers to eighty-somethings, how to drive safely.

I'm Alan Beckley, owner and certified driving instructor at Alert Driver Training in Rock Hill, SC. I teach the 8 hour traffic safety class and also offer behind-the-wheel training for novice drivers in their teens, on up to the mature driver wishing to polish their driving skills.
In my quest to reach out to a broader range of students, I have taken coursework in Driver Rehabilitation and worked with students having anxiety disorder, paralysis and deafness.Using a variety of teaching methods including lectures, videos, white board illustrations and group activities, I challenge my students to examine and improve their safe driving habits.

The organization of the class was well done. I overall enjoyed the class! The teacher was funny and energetic!
