The beginning of my experience I really enjoyed, I thought dr. Laura was kind and she was someone I could go to with questions. She even gave me her personal phone number to contact her. However when I actually had a question about birth control I was on and reached out to her she told me to contact her through her office and not to text her direct line. Was unsure why she told me if I had any questions to text her and then when I did it was the opposite. I ended up texting a doctor friend and never reaching out to dr Laura regarding my birth control.

I loved Dr. Lara,,,past tense. I saw her for about 6 months to a year. Each visit, she gave me undivided attention and seemed to sincerely care. Then one day I got caught in the middle of my pharmacy and her office. Each were telling me "it's their responsibility " , leaving me to numerous phone calls. Finally I get a voice mail from DR LARA, herself, stating she called pharmacy and handled it. Her message was completely RUDE! She blamed me for sounding frustrated on my 5th call to office, requiring information, and ended with "I hope you're happy for all the time I spent on phone with CVS !"

Dr. Lara and staff were very friendly and explained the procedure well. My only reservation is the actual results. Its been 6 months and see no difference in my chin or jawline. Im considering getting it done again next year at another place to get more dramatic results. Nobody noticed my before and after and I followed all post op instructions. Disappointed

Dr.Lara seems like a nice caring doctor but she is absolutely inexperienced when it comes to any medical procedure. Its only been a few months and Im having multiple problems already. she has absolutely destroyed me!! She mutilated me completely, now I will have to go through reconstruction surgery multiple times to fix what she destroyed. She has on going medical malpractice cases and has been suspended in the past! Unfortunately I found this out after
