Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive anatomy-based program created to teach the foundations of yoga. Trainees will gain a deep understanding of relationships; brain to body, body to movement, movement to breath, breath to stillness and stillness to unity - bringing us full circle in the natural cycle of yoga.

Regular exercise is an important component in our health and well-being, but more than just exercise is needed. A daily practice that incorporates various aspects of yoga everyday will bring you to a space of wholeness. That's the idea behind our DO IT DAILY philosophy. We'll create the framework for you to build a daily yoga practice that is realistic, enjoyable and beneficial to your total well-being.

Work on increasing flexibility, building strength, relieving tight muscles, and promoting relaxation. Half of the class consists of a light warm-up and standing/balancing poses. The other half of class includes deep stretching. A basic approach to our flow class with slower movements and basic alignment tips to help you understand the principles and techniques of flow yoga.
