When stress is too high, sleep is too little, or what we eat and drink is out of sync with our body's needs, our internal systems become out of balance. In comes disease, pain, and "I can't take this anymore". The key to re-balancing the body is finding and treating THE ROOT of the problem, which is unique to you, instead of just addressing your symptoms with a one-size-fits-all protocol that has become the norm.
Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs, Cupping, Gua sha, and Ancient Food Therapy can help! I go regularly for cupping and acupuncture, and Jackie brings such light and energy to our sessions. She listens to my concerns and custom tailors each visit. I won't go anywhere else for acupuncture!

Offerings
Report
One-on-one acupuncture sessions will start with a Q&A session about your chief complaint and an in-depth personal health history. Your practitioner will use this information to form a treatment plan that will address both your chief complaint and a possible root cause for the imbalance. Single-use needles that are thinner than a human hair are inserted and retained as you relax quietly or even fall asleep.
FAQs
Report
Acupuncture is most effective when appointments are made in close succession. While many patients do see a shift in their condition after just a few treatments, more are usually necessary when treating long-standing, chronic problems. At the start of each session, we will evaluate your progress and decide what is best for you moving forward.
