Young Eagles Parents and Volunteers Due to the low cloud ceilings expected throughout the timeframe of tomorrow's Young Eagle Rally, we have cancelled the event. Although the rain we have been getting is subsiding, a stationary front will. Free Flights for kids ages 8-17. This rally is open to the public.

"Mac" McMahon (1939 - 2021) Despite Mac's tenacious and heroic effort to combat cancer, the progress of which was effectively at a "standstill", Mac passed.

How to Join Our Zoom Meetings

Please log in with your full name about 10 minutes early. Once signed in you will arrive in a waiting room where the meeting host will give you access to the meeting. You will be joined with both your computer microphone and camera turned off. You may activate you mike and.or camera at your discretion.

We are the largest and most active aviation club in the area, so you get in on what's happening in and around the northern Virginia flying scene and beyond. We have our own Chapter House. With a huge deck. On the Manassas Regional Airport. With a great view of the runways. And a big gas BBQ. Who has that?!

Chapter 186 Membership is open to all EAA National members. If you are not already a national member, see the link here. To become a Chapter 186 member fill out a Chapter Membership Application or contact our membership chairman for more information. CHAPTER MEETINGS EAA Chapter 186 usually meets every fourth Saturday at our Chapter House on the Manassas Airport (KHEF) just south of the control tower.

EAA Chapter 186 is classified as a Non-Profit Charitable Organization per section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. As a result, we are eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions in accordance with Code section 170.

Your contribution will go towards such things as: scholarships to send kids to EAA's Air Academy in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, helping promote Young Eagles Events and Rallies for the community, and many other events that promote aviation in the northern Virgina area.EAA Chapter 186 is a 100% volunteer organization; there are no paid members or staff.
