
With Boxing, each session starts with some jump rope drills to help the young ones develop basic footwork skills as they they improve their fitness levels. After that engage in various types of exercises aimed at improving their hand-eye coordination, rhythm, speed, strength, and stamina. The second half of the session is all about boxing skills and drills.
Kids get to learn boxing from the basic stance and footwork all the way to boxing combinations and defensive tactics. Each one of those programs is designed based on our clients interests and needs. Boxing, Muay Thai and BJJ classes are all about learning the great Martial Arts from the ground up. We focus on techniques and correct form before we allow students to spar or fight.

Trainer of boxing and conditioning for all ages, specializes in training children with special needs. Shraim's Academy started in 2007 in the basement of Coach Ahmed Shraim and was known at that time as The Underground Fight Club. Coach Ahmed started his Martial Arts Journey at the age of 16 in the Middle East in the discipline of Western Style Boxing under Coach Osama El Saba'a.

At Shraim's Academy we offer a great personal training program that no other gym can offer. We use our experience in Western Boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu martial arts to offer an extremely challenging training session by utilizing the hard conditioning exercises that fighters use to get in a superior condition without the need to learn how to fight, unless there is a desire to do so.

Private training is available for all fighting forms. But it can also be solely used for strength and conditioning fitness purposes or a combination of both. Private training is specific to your individual needs! Learn everything from the basics to the advanced skills of boxing and how to dominate the ring.
