Industrial Tool Service is 5-star, to say the least! Instead of voiding the warranty on my Mirka sander because of a mistake we made in our shop, they're sending us a brand new one! Thank you and a shout-out to Ms. Jayne Kuron & Ms. Angel Woodrum! Awesome folks!!

I sent an expensive sander (Mirka Deros) to this location to fix a faulty on/off switch. They responded with an estimate that would replace the speed control, the motor (brushless), the housing, and pad. The estimate was nearly the cost of a new sander, so I asked them to send it back. It arrived in a box with no packing material and the sander was completely disassembled along with loose screws scattered in the box. This was a $700 sander, carelessly taken apart and thrown into a box. We rely heavily on our sanders in my shop, and to see a machine (and customer) disrespected like this is very
