Our Mission is to help children reach their highest level of function in their daily lives by providing quality therapy in a warm and caring manner. Where do you begin? Sunshine, CMS or any Healthy Kids plan will need to obtain a script from your child's primary doctor. Your PCP will need to start an authorization with UHC directly.
At the first appointment please bring your insurance card so we may obtain a copy. If you have a co-payment or deductible, payment will be required at the time of service. For your convenience we accept Visa, Master card, Discover and America Express and HSA/Flex cards. We also accept personal checks and cash.
