Home Inspection
Report
All utilities must be turned on prior to the start of the inspection (electric, water, and gas). Property must be de-winterized. Storage and clutter should be moved to allow access into all areas, especially around heating equipment, the water heater and access to the attic. Bring any questions or concerns that you may have about the house to discuss with your home inspector.
Rental Inspection
Report
A rental inspection is intended to make sure the unit meets requirements for habitation as determined by Baltimore County. It is very important that these requirements be met before you call for an inspection, as a second visit is an extra charge. Look over the downloaded form carefully. Make sure all the items noted are in compliance to the best of your abilities, and then call us to make the inspection appointment.
Mold Inspection

A professional mold test starts with a thorough inspection of your property. We will investigate any signs of past or present water intrusion, which can promote mold growth, and will take samples of any suspected mold for laboratory analysis.
Radon Inspection
Report
We use continuous radon monitors in order to obtain a rapid turnaround time necessary for real estate transactions. Results are often obtained in about 2 days and a radon report is generated the same day the monitor is retrieved. Please note that radon testing for a real estate transaction is limited.
