We encourage you to attend your inspection so that we can describe our process, explain our findings, point out important maintenance items, and answer all of your questions.

Domus Home Inspection services, LLC are certified and authorized to perform all these additional services. We use continuous radon monitors in order to obtain a rapid turnaround time necessary for real estate transactions. Results are often obtained in about 2 days and a radon report is generated the same day the monitor is retrieved.
Rental
Report
A rental inspection is intended to make sure the unit meets requirements for habitation as determined by the state, county and city. It is very important that these requirements be met before you call for an inspection, as a second visit is an extra charge. Baltimore County and the City of Baltimore requires a rental inspection every two or three years based on certain conditions.
Radon
Report
We use continuous radon monitors in order to obtain a rapid turnaround time necessary for real estate transactions. Results are often obtained in about 2 days and a radon report is generated the same day the monitor is retrieved. Please note that radon testing for a real estate transaction is limited.
