Personalized Nutrition Counseling in Lockport, NY
Nutrition Insights, founded in 2012, is a registered dietitian-led practice dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve lasting health improvements through personalized nutrition counseling. Our approach combines scientific expertise with compassionate care, recognizing that every client's needs are unique. We prioritize client autonomy, focusing on sustainable lifestyle changes rather than temporary diets, while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and insurance billing transparency. I can't say enough with how helpful Amy was. Showing me little easy tricks to make my life easier by doing simple things with food prep and having things available so I would make right choices. Amy was a great listener, learning from me how the typical day for me is ( which is far from normal being self employed of a 24hr business , add onto it the covid and all the obstacles, both personally and in a business).
