Wish I could give 0 stars. Paramount was hired by my leasing office to fix my AC. They said they had the parts but couldnt come and install because it was raining (on Friday). Then they said they couldnt come on the weekend. So today (Monday), they told my leasing office that they dont actually have the parts, so they cant come to fix our AC. What kind of vendor lies about not having the equipment they need?! Bottom line, you cant trust these people. Save yourself the time and effort and hire someone else.
