Scheduling was easy enough. Warning call before arrival, which was appreciated. During the appointment, tried to up-sell a chemical sanitizer that the EPA sites as unnecessary. Technician dumped the contents of the cleaning in my flowerbed and when I called to complain, I just got an apology from the scheduler/receptionist. Will not schedule again with them.

They came and cleaned my mom's air duct and dryer vent last week. They charged us for their services, which my mom paid. I checked the dryer vent and it was still very dirty. I sent them a picture of it today and asked for a refund as I'm not sure what they did for my mom. The don't want to give a refund and we don't trust them to do the work.

I just bought a brand new LG front load dryer but it wouldn't work correctly. I called LG and they informed me that I need the dryer vent clean. I called Safe House and they respond immediately and came out same day. I was given a quote over the phone so that there would not be any issues with the price.
