Dr. Caldwell attended Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan, where he obtained his bachelor of science in biomedical sciences in 2002. Dr. Caldwell received his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan, in 2006.
David A. Cutcliffe, MD

Orthopedic surgeon David Cutcliffe, MD, launched his career at New Hampshire's Dartmouth College. There, he earned a BA in chemistry before moving into the world of medical research as a research chemist with the Sterling-Winthrop Research Institute in Rensselaer, New York. He studied organic and medicinal chemistry at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, and earned his medical degree in 1991 at Albany Medical College.

Orthopedic surgeon Craig Erekson, MD, joined the OSMC medical team in 1997. He obtained his BA in biology with high academic honors from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, and he earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. His postgraduate orthopedic residencies were served at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis and The Orthopedic Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
