Quintess Primary Care and Weight Loss Center is a direct primary care medical service. This means for a flat monthly membership subscription, we provide the full range of comprehensive primary care services including routine and preventive care, annual physicals, sports physicals, chronic illness management (including diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disorders, etc.), regular checkups and care co-ordination.

ABOM is the Founder and CEO of Quintess Primary Care LLC. She is a graduate of the Kistler Family Medicine residency program in Geisinger Medical Center, Pennsylvania. She is also fellowship trained in Maternal Child Health - Obstetrics, by the University of Rochester, Upstate New York. She is certified in Women's Health with surgical training.
