Their office was extremely unprofessional. Automated answer on the call. Once it was transferred the person barely was audible And just hung up the phone once they realized this was something they didn't want to do.

My fianc and I selected Mr. Wise for a small claims case based on his favorable reviews on yelp. We were not disappointed. He called me back less than one hour after I left a message with his secretary. It took one phone call and several emails to get all of the related documents to him. He came to court prepared and was able to settle with our legal adversary with terms favorable to us. If you have a small claims case in civil court, I certainly recommend this lawyer

Coren is a top notch attorney who really knows the real estate business. Better yet, he was extremely responsive to all of our needs. When I applied for a new mortgage on a townhouse we were buying, our mortgage brokers informed us that I needed to transfer my old mortgage and deed to my husband before we could be approved for a mortgage on the new place. (The hows and whys of this are complicated, but the tl;dr is that I needed to improve my debt-to-asset ratio and transferring the old mortgage was the fastest way to accomplish this.)

Coren drew up assumption documents for the mortgage, got those recorded, and got the deed recorded on a VERY short deadline, since by the time we were able to get all the supporting documents
