Services
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
Chapter 7 bankruptcy eliminates unsecured debts through asset liquidation for qualifying individuals. This process stops creditor harassment, freezes bank accounts, and prevents property seizures. Eligibility depends on income relative to Pennsylvania median levels, with exemptions protecting certain assets.
Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
Chapter 13 establishes structured repayment plans for debtors with regular income. This option stops foreclosures, restructures mortgage arrears over five years, and reduces monthly payments on credit cards and IRS debts. It preserves assets while providing manageable debt resolution.
Foreclosure Prevention
Our foreclosure defense services utilize bankruptcy filings to halt home seizures. We develop strategies to cure mortgage arrears through Chapter 13 plans, negotiate with lenders, and protect homeowners facing sheriff sales or tax liens.
IRS Debt Resolution
We address federal tax liabilities through bankruptcy options that stop wage garnishments and bank levies. Our approach reduces tax debt burdens, halts penalty accruals, and creates payment plans tailored to clients' financial capacities.
Credit Card Lawsuits
Our firm defends clients against credit card debt collection lawsuits. We analyze debt validity, challenge improper claims, and explore bankruptcy discharge options to resolve unsecured obligations permanently.

Firstly, I'm not using my full name, obviously for confidentiality reasons, but I wanted to write this review in hopes that anyone who is looking for an honest, hardworking lawyer that will follow the law and assist you with any bankruptcy proceedings, look no further than Michael Schwartz! My family and I are grateful for his services and while the burden of being bankrupt in and of itself is very stressful, Michael was instrumental in providing sound advice and legal know-how to successfully position us, in the right direction, moving forward. I wish anyone who is going through what we went through
