My authentic experience living at The Lodge has been spectacular! The management team, resident activity team along with the maintenance crew are highly competent and provide top notch service/living experience. We have monthly community involvement activities year around and the BEST! I would highly recommend living here. This will be my second year and very satisfied.

I really like the Lodge, I've found a connections with a couple neighbors which isn't something I have normally done in apartment complexes, and it led to some pretty awesome experiences in my life. I feel safe, and like the staff cares. Parking can be a little tough to navigate sometimes but it's workable.

Awesome and the best place I ever lived and maintained the best ever and customer service is the best and maintenance is the best and grounds and flowers are awesome We do monthly events and I played Santa and had the best time ever reading books and kids taking pictures and giving gifts .Playing turkey bingo and won 2 turkeys

This apartment complex is only about outer appearance. The worst apartment management I have encountered in Federal Way.
Dont expect anyone to pickup the phone unless you click on 1 that states you are interested in leasing. I have tried calling on different occasions and noticed that clicking 1 will always be answered. Once you state that you are a resident the managements tone of voice completely changes and you will be greeted with attitude. Despite leaving voicemails, no one will call back. Emails are not answered as all. Office is closed due to COVID, its truly impossible
