Carriage House Medicine provides the Far Infrared (FIR) sauna to our patients as a relaxing and comfortable space for detoxification, stress relief, illness recovery, and more. Rather than heating the air in the sauna, the FIR sauna uses infrared heat to penetrate an individual's body 2-3 deep. This makes the sauna a comfortable place in which to sit while still utilizing heat to increase circulation and nourish damaged tissues.
