Dry Needling
Dry needling targets muscle trigger points to relieve pain and improve mobility. This technique involves inserting thin needles to stimulate twitch responses that release tension. Evidence-based protocols address acute injuries, chronic pain syndromes, and athletic recovery needs.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture restores bodily energy balance through strategic needle placement. Our practitioners use traditional Chinese medicine principles to treat stress, digestive issues, fertility challenges, and chronic pain. Each session combines 40 minutes of needle retention with personalized care.
Travel Accommodations

Which conditions respond best to treatment?
Musculoskeletal issues like back pain, neck pain, and sports injuries show best results. We also effectively treat chronic pain syndromes and energy imbalance conditions like stress and digestive issues.
How many sessions will I need?
Treatment plans typically range 6-10 sessions for dry needling and 10-20 for acupuncture, depending on condition severity and individual response patterns.
Do you accept insurance?

I came to Sarah as a skeptic who had never tried acupuncture. After a hamstring injury, my girlfriend (medical student) insisted I try dry needling immediately. Not only did Sarah's treatment help me recover in record time, but she also helped set me on a path to healing chronic pain from old knee injuries. I cannot speak highly enough and I've already recommended her to my closest friends.

I highly recommend Dr. Herschorn! I have worked with her for both my low back and hip pain and I always leave her office feeling 10x better. Not only does she provide great chiropractic care but provides me with the knowledge to help fix my own ailments at home and in the gym.

I can't thank Sarah enough for her dry needling treatment. I have been dealing with a significant spinal injury over the last four months, and the dry needling I've received at To The Point has been the most helpful treatment by far. I've had to see four different specialists, had conversations about surgery, and been on and off several different medications, but nothing has been as helpful as the treatments Sarah has provided me. As a skeptic, I was completely blown away by the effectiveness of dry needling for pain management and therapeutic recovery. Sarah is a true healer, in every sense of
