Whitefish Bay Shorewood Nursery School

Our certified, licensed teachers have their degrees in Early Childhood Education and nurture our children with a warm, playful style that comes from many years of teaching experience and a genuine love for children. Lynda has been at WFBSNS since 1979 and teachers the two and three year old class. She is a Wisconsin-licensed teacher and is certified in Early Childhood Education.

Do you have a special talent or something you would like to share with our students? Do you know of someone who does? We love visitors! Read a book, tell a story, make something in our kitchen, teach us a dance, teach us a joke, the children are a very enthusiastic audience. To schedule a special appearance please talk to any of the teachers at pick up time, or call the school (414) 964-3590 and leave a message.

Nursery school field trips in the past have included visiting a pumpkin farm, going apple picking, a walk to the local ice cream shop, touring the fire station, and other fun and memorable outings. Our field trip activities vary based on the season. Have a night out! Have an afternoon without the kids!

For new students, there is a $75 non-refundable fee, which is not considered part of the tuition. A new student is someone that has not previously attended the school.

For our children's safety and security the building doors are locked during school hours and only current families are admitted without prior notification. We are located at 1225 Olive Street in Shorewood Wisconsin, one block north of Capitol Drive at the corner of Wilson Drive and Olive Street in Shorewood.
