Our goal is to help you swim better, safer, faster, and injury free. Every one of our swim instructors has been in the swimming world the majority of their lives and has been trained with our protocols. Our swim lessons and swim workouts are for swimmers of all ages* and abilities. We want everyone to know how to swim, let's get started.
Private Lessons with Video Analysis

The technology in our one-on-one private lessons - video analysis & under and above water mirrors - is pretty cool. But our instructors are the true bread and butter of what sets our swim lessons apart. Our Private Swim Lessons with Video Analysis are for swimmers of all ages and ability levels*.
We work with age group swimmers who need a little extra help getting to their goal time and/or fixing stroke issues, as well as masters swimmers and triathletes looking to work on even the smallest of details of their stroke.Each swim lesson is 45 minutes long and will move at whatever pace you're comfortable with.

Adult Learn-to-Swim

At SwimBox we believe that everyone should know how to swim, and we want to help reach that goal as best we can. You can learn-to-swim at any age, it's never too late. Our Adult Learn-to-Swim lessons are 45 minutes in length and come with use of our under and above water mirrors for increased self awareness and faster self corrections.
Cancellation Policy & Registration Fee

SwimBox maintains a strict 24-hour notification cancellation and no-show policy to ensure all of our clients have the same opportunity to receive the highest quality of personal attention and care in their swim lessons. In the case of late cancels or no-shows a $55 fee will be charged. Every client who comes in for a swim lesson, private swim workout, or open swim will be charged our Annual Registration Fee of $30.

Our Arlington, VA site is located right off of Route 29 (Lee HWY) at the intersection of N George Mason Drive. SwimBox Arlington provides swim lessons and swim training to Arlington, Alexandria, Washington DC, Bailey's Crossroads, McLean, Falls Church, Fairfax, Crystal City, Rosslyn, Tysons, Annandale, and all of Fairfax County.
