I called at 21:30, apparently about half an hour after they closed but they picked up the phone to say they were closed which was nice. What wasn’t nice was the next day being added to their text list simply because I had called the night before.
Moved from 1 to 3 stars as the owner has called twice and texted so he cares about his reviews. He assured me I wasn’t auto added (but it sure appears that way to me). Dial *67 before calling I guess to block your number from showing up once.

First time Tried 2 pizzas, beers and cannolis. Great pizzas!
Nduja pizza with pistachios - 5/5 star perfectly cooked and good flavor.
Fransecca pizza with prosciutto - 3/5
Flavor 5 star, outside crust - 3 star. Burnt edges made our mouth little bitter. We really don’t like complaining but I am sure they would have given us a different pizza if we asked. But we really don’t like complaining and only our edges was little burnt. Beside burnt edges pizza was good. (Pic for reference attached).

Waitstaff lacking. Placed ordered waited 20 min to have them come back and say they didn't have the toppings we ordered for our pizza. Changed ordered to wait another 20 mins for them to come out wrong. Never got water refills or even the soda that was ordered. When we got food it was pretty good but not worth the price.

I've been vegan for a year now and it's been really hard to find *good* vegan places in town. I love pizza and it was tough to give up during my transition, but I'm so glad I found this place. I order a Vegan Francesca pizza and it was absolutely delicious! Can't wait to come back one day. Also the service & staff was amazing as well. Absolutely wonderful environment to be in or around.

Pros: Efficient and pleasant greeter doubles as order taker. Authentic brick oven is the centerpiece of the dining area. Toppings are offered in creative combinations, tasty and fresh.
Cons: The crust is very lightly toasted leaving it soft and folding. The food is delivered without follow-up service. This would be ideal to know at the time of ordering since this is also when the tip is solicited. Pizza boxes are stacked on the chairs and bar leaving that space cluttered looking and unavailable for dining or viewing.

Having lived in Naples Italy for a few years I can attest to the authenticity of Piatto's pizzas. They are true to form and every bit as magical as I remember. Most of the ingredients are imported from Italy and the flour from the Campania region. The crust was chewy, lightly crispy on the outside and perfectly smoked. A table of three 12 inch pizzas plus a 25% tip net a bill of around $60. Worth every penny.

The pizza was about the size of a MOD pizza but twice the price. It was good and had high quality meats. They did have great customer service and were very friendly. The inside and outside are very clean and nicely decorated. The setup is on the fancy side but it's a casual restaurant. They have a nice selection of beer and wine available along with bottled soda. Street parking was available on a Saturday. Pizza - 4/5. Price 3/5. Customer service 5/5.

Best pizza in Wichita! It by far exceeded our expectations. We sat on the patio. The owner came out and told us the background of the restaurant and the pizza. He explained how to eat the pizza and gave recommendations. The whole experience was outstanding! I've been craving it since we've last been!

Piatto hands down has the best pizza in Wichita. My personal favorite pizza is the Francesca. Their insalata salad is very fresh and tasty and comes in a big bowl, good enough for group of 5. Also might be the best sangria in town.
It's been our favorite place to go during the Covid shutdown. Their patio is very spacious and all of the staff wears masks. Not to mention they're always so friendly and nice.

I had a nice experience for my first time visiting Piatto. I walk by there several times a week and it looks nice from the outside so I decided to pay them a visit. The inside was very nice as well, had that trendy modern pizzaria vibe going on. The server was very nice and helped me pick my pizza. I was a bit hesitant to go adventurous but I decided on the three meat pizza(not the actual name on the menu). It was nice to see how carefully and precisely the pizza was made right in front of me, you can see how much care they put in making their food.

Piatto Neapolitan Pizzeria is a great and wonderful place! Their pizzas are amazing!! The flavors and tastes of the pizzas are great! I love it!! Plus I love that they partnered up with the Hopping Gnome to provide their wonderful beverages! The PNP staff is awesome and very welcoming and the atmosphere is awesome!! I love the patio area in back of the restaurant with the Wichita flag image painted on the wall! Kudos to you Piatto Neapolitan Pizzeria!! Thank you! 😍👍🤩❤

Stopped here after reading the positive reviews on yelp. I saw that the owner responded to reviews which tells me they care about their online reputation.
I took a seat at the half circle bar in front of the wood fired oven. I quickly found out they don't only care about their online reputation but also about the customers' overall experience. He walked me through all the ingredients that they use and where they come from.
My pizza was delicious and because of the dough they make there i didn't feel overly stuffed afterwards. It was a great meal and experience.

First time to try this place and I'll definitely be back. A very simple menu with few items but the food was delicious and the service was spot on. A very quickly delivered pizza that I watched made literally from scratch. I was very pleasantly surprised by both the speed and the quality, a rare combination. The waitress was polite and efficient without being neglectful or "taking up residence" at your table. I have no negatives to list. I did sit inside but there is a nice outdoor patio behind that I wish I would have taken advantage of instead. Next time.
