Services
Non-Immigrant Visits
Our non-immigrant visa services assist clients with temporary U.S. visits for business, employment, or personal purposes. We handle H-1B work visas, B1/B2 visitor visas, and other temporary classifications while ensuring compliance with evolving immigration regulations. Our attorneys provide strategic guidance for employers sponsoring foreign workers or individuals seeking short-term entry solutions.
Employment-Based Immigration
We facilitate permanent residency through employer sponsorship, managing EB-2/EB-3 petitions and labor certifications. Our practice supports both multinational corporations and small businesses in securing green cards for qualified employees. We navigate complex immigration requirements while maintaining compliance with Department of Labor standards throughout the sponsorship process.
Political Asylum/Refugee
Our asylum practice protects individuals facing persecution due to political opinion, religion, or social group membership. We prepare compelling applications, represent clients in affirmative asylum interviews, and defend cases during immigration court proceedings. Our approach prioritizes trauma-informed advocacy while meeting strict evidentiary requirements for asylum eligibility.
Family-Based Immigration
We help U.S. citizens and permanent residents sponsor qualifying family members through I-130 petitions. Our services include processing for spouses, parents, children, and siblings while addressing potential complications like prior immigration violations or public charge concerns. We guide clients through consular processing and adjustment of status procedures.
Immigration Litigation
Our litigation practice challenges adverse immigration decisions before the Board of Immigration Appeals and federal circuit courts. We specialize in appellate strategy for deportation cases, USCIS denials, and constitutional challenges. The team leverages extensive courtroom experience to present technically sound legal arguments while maintaining client-centered representation.
