You don't appreciate a good Air conditioning guy until you need one. My home unit went out on a Saturday night at 8 PM. I called and Alan was there in 20 minutes. Within 5 minutes, it was diagnosed and once he informed me in detail what was wrong and the cost he got right to work. Before 9 pm it was repaired.
