Brantley, the owner, came out on a Friday to give us a quote on replacing our old HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. The following Tuesday, his guys were here to install the new inside and outside unit. They were very professional and informative and didnt mind me asking questions along the way. The weather forecast went from sunny to intermittent rain, but his guys never complained. They got the units put in and installed our new smart thermostat and had us ready to go by the end of the day. Id definitely

VERY knowledgeable staff. They were extremely helpful in choosing the right replacement heat pump system for my house. Could not be happier with the results. Extremely punctual, and did a great job from start to finish. Everyone there was a pleasure to deal with. Will most definitely be using them exclusively going forward.

We had a leak on our inside unit. Other companies just kept putting Refrigerant in the unit. I bet we spent over $1200 on refrigerant over two years. Climate control came out and diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately because we had an aluminum coil they stated that we would have to have a new coil or a new inside unit. They gave us a price to do both. Because our unit was over ten years old the part was almost as much as a new inside unit. We decided to go with a new inside unit. Climate Control had the unit there and totally installed by 11 am the next day. That was in mid March
