Our curriculum as a whole is rigorous and stresses literary excellence along with sound reasoning in the Biblical and Western tradition. Education at Veritas Academy is intended to be inherently different in philosophy and content than that offered in the public schools. Veritas Academy offers a proven method for educating students to become confident and articulate thinkers. From grade 5 to 12, students learn to read perceptively, express themselves creatively, and grasp the great ideas that have shaped Western civilization thoroughly.
Our Curriculum

We study the great stories, people, and themes of history chronologically, stopping to appreciate the art and music of each era, drawing connections as we go. The science department boasts two Ph. D. scientists who present the wonders of God's created order. Our younger students enjoy catching bugs in our large back field, and the older students design their own experiments in our high school Physics class.

Veritas Academy practices a biblical philosophy of admissions, not discriminating on the basis of race, sex, color, or national origin in the administration of its policies, admissions, scholarships, athletic, or other school directed programs. We also realize that our classical, Christian-based, university model, homeschool supplemental program is not for everyone.
