Rymar Ranch adjoins the 44,000 acre Withlacoochee State Forest by a fence in the back of the 40 acre property. The Withlacoochee State Forest is the third largest forest in Florida and is filled with a plethora of wilderness trails open to horseback riders. Upon your arrival at the ranch, you can expect a friendly environment, professional staff, and a clean modern equestrian facility.
Lessons

A good rider starts with good horsemanship. Each lesson is a building block to improve riding skills while gaining a better understanding of the horse. At Rymar, safety is equally important to the learning process and always comes first as a part of the lesson program. Rymar offers riding lessons for both English and Western riders from beginning to advanced.

Students learn general horse care through level manuals (books) and hands-on experience with our superior staff as guides. Throughout these four levels of horsemanship, students learn how to groom, bathe, tack up, and ride. Learn both styles! Students are matched with a horse that compliments their skill level and personality.
