Guitar & Bass Lessons

Our guitar and bass teachers teach rock, blues, metal, country and classical guitar lessons on electric and acoustic guitars. Beginner students can expect to work on chords, simple songs and melodies, sight reading, and theory. We balance musicianship and fun by making sure that each lesson you are challenged with a new technical or theory concept, but always end with something fun such as your favorite riff or song.
Piano Lessons

Whether you aspire to play Bach or Alicia Keys, Jim Beaver's dedicated piano instructors will help you become the pianist you want to be. Our faculty will introduce you to the fundamentals of sight reading, technique and theory, and incorporate your favorite songs into your lessons. You do not need a piano at home to take lessons; a simple full-size electronic keyboard will suffice for the first six months.

At Jim Beaver's School of Music, our state-of-the-art drum lesson room is equipped with professional Alesis drum kits for our students. Our instructors teach rock, metal, jazz, funk, blues and many other styles of drumming, and challenge every student with technical exercises specifically designed to improve their speed and comfort.
Voice Lessons

If you've always wanted to hone your skills as a rock, pop, country, jazz, gospel or R&B singer, Jim Beaver's School of Music has the voice teacher for you. Our voice faculty focuses on popular music, musical theater, and classical styles. Each week, students are led through physical exercises to improve their vocal range, ear training, breath control, enunciation and more.
