Hard 90 Owner Eric Walczykowski published a book to help players and parent learn from 15 years of coaching amateur athletes and 25 years of corporate executive experience. Hard 90 Baseball is a training facility in El Dorado Hills, California. Hard 90 offers classes and private lessons for hitting, pitching and fielding. In addition to training, Hard 90 fields travel baseball teams for ages 9 - 18. Since its establishment in 2005, over 300 Hard 90 Alumni have gone on to play professional and collegiate baseball.

Through Hard 90's partnership with College Baseball Match, Hard 90 is the only organization in the Sacramento area with access to detailed information on what it takes to play baseball, be a student and afford each of the 1,131 4-year college baseball programs. Our exclusive access to this information allows us to develop specific training and recruiting plans for our players.

Hard 90 Baseball is a program with a rich history. Over the years, we have been fortunate to work with some of the top players that have come out of the Sacramento Area. That being said, we take no credit for their success - each player deserves all the credit. It is the "Man in the Arena" that counts!.

To start, Hard 90 Baseball has a complete, documented curriculum. This curriculum was developed in conjunction with an advisory board of expert baseball coaches from Rocklin High School, Stanford Baseball, and the Los Angeles Dodgers. This curriculum is a living document - with every coach that walks through the door, our team at Hard 90 tries to learn something new from to make us better at teaching the game of baseball.

Hitting a baseball is the hardest thing to do in sports. Continual success at the plate requires a defined approach, athleticism, proper movement patterns, good eyesight, and relentless training. At Hard 90 Baseball, we believe that every player's swing is unique and all of our training is designed to maximize exit speed and contact consistency.
