Prep Divison (ages 13-14) - Early Registration Rate: $230, Regular Registration: $250, Late Registration: $280 (The Prep Division is a transitional division for players to play on a 54/80 field for a season or two in preparation for a 60/90 field. Please note enrollments for this division will initially be waitlisted {with fees deferred} until we are sure there is enough interest.

We are currently seeking more board members for Elk Grove Youth Baseball. There is a lot of behind the scenes work that goes into running a EGYB season. Our current board is working tirelessly to ensure that our players have a fun and exciting Spring 2022 Season. However, we currently have about 1/3 of our normal board size as many of our old board members have "aged" out.

2018 Bat Standards

For the upcoming Spring Season, players in competitive divisions must bat with a bat that complies with the USA Bat standard and bears the USA Stamp. The current bats bearing the 1.15 bpf stamp will no longer be allowed. Why the change? USA Baseball, the governing national body for the sport of baseball, has moved to a different testing criteria for the performance of the bats.
