At Raleigh Coffee Company, we source, roast, and wholesale distribute great coffee beans for you to brew at your business, coffee shop, restaurant, cafe, church, office, or simply at your home. We also seek to use the company as a platform to give back to local, national, and global communities through coffee sales and our Bean Projects program.

Great coffee starts at origin. With out quality coffee growing, harvesting, and processing, we are left with a compromised product. It is our responsibly to work hard and find those coffees that give you a different experience of enjoyment. That experience is only made possible by the hard work at origin.

2 24 grams (3 heaping tablespoons) of medium-fine fresh ground coffee in the Chemex filter. 4 Evenly pour 50 grams of water on the grinds in the Chemex filter and let the grinds expand over 30 seconds. 5 Agitate grinds with a spoon before the brew is finished (if you have access to the grinds during the brew).
