I called wanting to get information on diamond plate for the floor of a trailer. I was trying to explain to the sales rep what I needed and he kept interrupting me and had an attitude as if I was bothering him. When he asked me what thickness I needed and I asked him what my options were he said, Oh my God you cant call here and not know what you want. Well, you sir just lost a customer. Good job guy!

The office was a little slow, but when it came my turn the lady was very helpful. I brought my receipt to the last yard to get some galvanized steel cut. Jamie was the man, couldnt have been more helpful. Same goes for the welder with long blonde hair (sorry I didnt get his name). These guys went out of their way to help and did a little extra work. Its nice to get that kind of service in south Florida, because its not the norm by any means.

I have been using these guys for a decade or more. Everyone is always helpful and they deliver right to our door. Anytime we have a project they always can get the steel or aluminium that we need.
