When my Sprinkler pump GT15 broke down. I need it one right away, and md pump was excellent helping me out through the whole process. Customer service was in point and delivery time was reasonable. I strongly recommend them.

Brought a pump off Dennis, it had been used and was faulty. Now does not return emails nor offer a propper soulution, He even suggested I tried claim off the carrier as a damaged in transport. No ownership, No customer service, No replies. Even his 2, 5 star reviews look false, its the same guy.

Called to get an appointment for service, got hung up on. I called to get an appointment for a technician to service my pump. They placed me on hold, then I was disconnected. If it was accidental, it would seem that they should have called me back.
Seems like another latin-managed Miami business with clueless/ignorant office staff. I am going to avoid this one...
