I haven't reviewed JM on Yelp yet and i should have years ago. I have had two dogs go to JM over their lifetime. Both dogs love it there and come home tired and happy every time. One of my dogs is a problem child and they have cared for him and worked to train him. I have received texts from the head trainer, Sandra to check on how Orion is doing and is on top of it when I have had a training concern. When Orion makes mischief at daycare as he isn't always good with other dogs, they call me every time to let me know everything. Every staff know who i am as soon as i walk in and which

I've been a semi-satisfied customer of JM Pet since 2019. To be fair to them, I believe that their heart is in the right place, but I think that they are having growing pains and that customer service has deteriorated. Twice (pre-COVID) I boarded my dog, specifically requested a nail trim for the day prior to pickup, and arrived to find that it hadn't been done. They offered to do it while I waited, but I told them that I had to get to work and they were being disrespectful of my time. Crystal helped me find a low calorie meal for my chubby chihuahua. She spent time educating us with not only knowledge but a cheery attitude. It has been a long time that I had such exceptional service anywhere! My dog will live a longer life with the modifications she suggested. Now that is worth returning to this dog resort!!

I would not recommend JM Pet Resorts. I should've done more research on reviews and not go by word of mouth. My puppy was there for boarding for the weekend and over the weekend he developed diarrhea. From Saturday to Sunday morning he had diarrhea and sat in it for hours which then developed as the owner of JM called it a "rash". They stated that they were going to treat it, clean him up and put him on antibiotics. I was out of town so my boyfriend picked him up from JM and brought him home when he facetimed me this "rash" was worse than what they told me. It was extremely

My dog attends the Playtrain daycare and their staff is amazing. I recently started Individual training sessions with Donna, who is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable and is saving my relationship with my dog. I would highly recommend JM and specifically recommend Donna for your training needs.
