Soul Surfing School in Laguna Beach, California, offers Private and Group Surfing Lessons, as well as Weekly & Overnight Surfing Camps on our local Orange County beaches. We also hold Surfing Competitions for all ages throughout the year. Our primary goal is not only to help improve surfing skills, but to provide instruction and encouragement to kids and adults as they learn to surf.
Whether you are a first time surfer or an experienced surfer seeking to hone your skills for competition-we have an outstanding staff of instructors that can teach you at your level. Each summer from mid June to mid August, we offer weekly Surfing Camps that run from 9am to 3pm, Monday-Friday. In addition, we have several 2 to 7 day Overnight Surfing Camps scheduled througout the year, where we visit iconic surf destinations within SoCal.

As a surf ministry, we have a unique opportunity to capture a market drawn to Orange County through media exposure and the surf industry boom.
Soul Surf Camps

All of the Soul Surf Camps give your child an opportunity to visit some of Southern California's most amazing surf spots. We focus on offering a program that is great for all levels of surfers-while providing your child professional instruction to help them hone their skills on the waves, as well as emphasizing water safety and helping them to develop an acute awareness of their ocean/beach surroundings.

Our surfer retreat is geared toward our intermediate to advanced surfers who want to improve their skills, get to the next level and practice competitive strategies. Our Soul Surf Summer Retreat is a core part of our ministry, we have guest speakers each night, music, group activities and games, and of course, tons of surfing!
Weekly Day Camps

Reserve a space for your kids now at Laguna Beach's premiere ocean safety program for ages 7-14. They'll learn about the coastline, surf conditions and become more comfortable in the water on body boards, skim boards and surfboards. Each week includes adventure walks, exploring tide pools and training on specialized surfboard skateboards.
Soul Surf Team

The Soul Surf Team was established in 2005 and has been expanding each year with new opportunities for youths of all ages. The Soul Surf Team competes in our Soul Surf Comp Series events as well as other local sanctioned events. In addition, we are pleased to announce the formation of our Laguna Beach Elementary Team-made up of students from El Morro and Top of the World elementary schools in the Laguna Beach Unified School District.
