Services
Chronic Pain Management
Our chronic pain management program addresses conditions like arthritis, fibromyalgia, and neuropathic pain through personalized treatment plans. We combine interventional therapies, medication management, and physical therapy to improve mobility and reduce discomfort. Patients receive ongoing monitoring and adjustments to ensure optimal pain control and quality of life.
Diagnostic Evaluations
Diagnostic evaluations use physical exams, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and radiographic studies to identify pain sources. This process helps create targeted treatment plans for conditions like herniated discs, migraines, and post-surgery pain. Accurate diagnosis ensures effective, individualized care strategies.
Injection Therapy
Injection therapy includes epidural steroid injections, facet blocks, and trigger point treatments to reduce inflammation and pain. These procedures enable patients to participate in physical therapy and daily activities with improved comfort. Treatments are performed using precise imaging guidance for safety and efficacy.
Conservative Care
Conservative care starts with oral medications, topical treatments, and physical therapy to manage pain non-invasively. Our providers monitor progress closely and adjust regimens to minimize side effects while maximizing pain relief. This approach often serves as the first step before advanced interventions.
Implantable Devices
Implantable devices like spinal cord stimulators and intrathecal pain pumps deliver targeted pain relief for severe chronic conditions. Our team specializes in device implantation and long-term maintenance, providing sustained symptom management for patients unresponsive to other treatments.
