Staff is sloppy rude no manners and smarty horrible service staff doesnt care if they hurt your kid and cussing and careless with the patients

Location: It's located in a nice area and easy to get to. I noticed there was a bus stop near it, so if you are limited to public transport this will work for you.
Insurance: Unitred Health,Bluecross. And Medicaid.
Cost: Likely lower cost than competitor because they accept Medicaid patients. A mere wellness appoint was $80.00 back in 2019 but may change.
Negative: They are very brisk. Not mean per se. Just not personable which is fine for an adult provider but not so much wanted in a children's provider. For example, at my child's wellness appointment, nothing was communicated to us about her

Nurse and doctor are very nice very ram facility and short waiting room time. But...... Dude spends no time actually checking his patients. Wasn't strep so sent home chocked up as viral came back 2 days later due to croupy barking cough and eye mucus again pops in check for flu not flu so prescribed antibiotics for a sinus infection without checking for anything else. Did a quick check of the throat and ears and popped back out... Gives the parent no time to react or ask questions just leaves it up to his nurse on everything... Drives me bonkers. Hoping will change after this review

We have been going to Dr M for the last 2 yrs. We absolutely love him. The wait time is super short, the lady's in front are nice, and the nurses as well. We have never had an issue. Would definitely recommend this Dr.
