Our ballet program combines American Ballet Theatre and Bolshoi Academy methodologies to develop technical precision and artistic expression. Students learn age-appropriate vocabulary while building strength, flexibility, and performance confidence through structured syllabi that emphasize emotional expressiveness and classical form.

Competitive Teams

Three competitive dance teams offer advanced training in multiple genres. Dancers receive specialized coaching in choreography, performance techniques, and technical skills while building teamwork and discipline through competitions and collaborative projects that foster lasting professional relationships.

Private Lessons

Personalized dance instruction available for all styles and skill levels. Certified instructors create customized lesson plans to address individual goals, correct technique, and accelerate progress through focused attention that complements group class training.

Broadway Babies

Specialized program for ages 3-5 introducing dance fundamentals through creative movement and playful exploration. Children develop coordination, musicality, and basic dance terminology while learning respect and discipline through structured activities and imaginative play.

Tumbling & Acrobatics

Floor-based acrobatic training develops strength, balance, and coordination. Students master skills like cartwheels, handsprings, and aerials on specialized mats that enhance body awareness, preparing dancers for advanced moves in cheer, gymnastics, and performance contexts.

What dance styles do you offer?

We teach ballet, contemporary, tap, jazz, hip-hop, musical theater, tumbling, and Broadway-style dance through age-appropriate programs for children ages 3-18.

Are there performance opportunities?

Yes! Students participate in holiday showcases, annual recitals, and competitive events with three dedicated dance teams performing locally and regionally.

Do you offer private instruction?

Yes, we provide one-on-one private lessons with certified instructors for all dance styles to supplement group class training.

What are your class schedules?

Recreational classes run August-May with summer sessions available. Competitive team auditions occur annually, and private lessons are scheduled by appointment.

Are instructors certified?

Our faculty includes instructors certified through American Ballet Theatre and Bolshoi Academy of Russian Ballet teacher training programs, with extensive professional experience.

They have amazing teachers who truly care about their students..the owner is genuinely involved and cares for all the students as well. They are highly professional and their eye for technique is 100% always in the best interest of the students. This place welcomes all their students like they are family and lifts the confidence and self-esteem of their students. My daughter has thrived so much and they have repaired damage that was previously done to her elsewhere. I am so grateful for all the teachers at East Coast Performing Arts.

East Coast Performing Arts is amazing. The teachers are highly skilled and always professional. My two girls have danced with this group of talented teachers from a very young age. My oldest who is now grown and has gone on to teach dance classes and still loves to visit her East Coast family to take a class now and then. My youngest has her sights set on Broadway! Technique is always priority. They have gained so much from dancing at East Coast and have grown into strong confident ladies and beautiful dancers. I very highly recommend East Coast Performing Arts. Best choice I ever made for my kids

My daughter has been dancing at East Coast Performing Arts since she was 2 years old. She has had every teacher, and every teacher is well trained and absolutely AMAZING! My daughter has made so many friends, and has grown so much! If your looking to let your child try out a dance class or your dancer is experienced and looking to dance competitively, you wont find another studio with as much heart and training as East Coast Performing Arts.

Met with the owner first day and was extremely polite and welcoming and friendly, as a father greatful to be comfortable so easily. Will be back. And with the try before you buy idea so thankful , rather then paying so much for someone not as friendly and informative I am glad i was directed to come here. Super thankful.

I have to say both my daughters have been coming to this studio for the past 7 years! I have seen such a transformation not only on the skills my children have when it comes to dance but with their character as well as maturing little girls. The dedication the teachers put into these girls is so admirable. I love to see my girls smile knowing they are able to accomplish what they set out for themselves and even push further. They are taught discipline, humility, technique, and most importantly how to embrace having fun doing a sport they love. My girls are both also in the competition team and

East Coast Performing Arts is an amazing dance studio! They have a true family atmosphere with highly skilled teachers who provide a safe and nurturing environment. They offer every genre of dance with expert instruction. Whether your dancer takes recreational classes or is a part of the competition team, and my daughters have done both, the individualized attention the dancer receives is equally amazing! The children and teens not only learn the joy of dance, they also learn life skills that can help them in their day to day lives. I wouldnt take my daughters anywhere else.
