I've been working with UT Federal Credit Union as a customer as well as a vendor for the last 10 years. I've always been impressed by their staff and how they put my needs first. They seem to operate by the golden rule and make sure they do the right thing.

While banking with UTFCU for a little over a year, I was extremely displeased with the service I received. I recently moved to Knoxville and chose this credit union, because theres this assumption youll get friendly, personable service while banking with one. Unfortunately, every time I visited UTFCU, the front desk staff at every branch was extremely impolite. I was accused of forging a check from my father, simply because he forgot to write the date on it. I understand not taking the check, but being treated like I was a scammer was uncalled for.
