Our hot tub sprang a leak. We called Aquatic Technologies to do a diagnostic. First, he had quoted $125 for the diagnostic and $125 per hour, but when he showed up he was charging $150. I asked and he said, all I know is that rates just went up. I assumed he was an employee and didnt challenge that, but he is in fact the owner. After an assessment, he identified that that once piece of the pump wasnt working and ordered a part to replace. When the part came, we learned it dont fit the 7 year old pump. We ordered the full pump, paid him for his fee hours of labor that day and crossed
