Convenient, quiet and flat. Only draw back for us was no bathroom facility. We were in a class b. Staff was helpful and informed us there were bathroom facilities near the arena. But that was way too far for us to walk.

It is always gusting winds there. No place to get out of it. Dirt flying, dust storms every time. 1 single small indoor arena, that is seldom ever employed. Its a gawd awful place to show horses. It's used because for now as it's the only available facility. It's miles from the city and miles from any amenities, food or hotel accommodations.

Parking lot sites. We stayed one night during Jan. There were a few long term and us. A nice quiet time. The dogs love it. Pay attention when navigating the entrance. I took the wrong turn even after I was told second right..
