Since 2015, co-owner Sumi Campbell has continued this legacy, drawing on her formal training at The Culinary Institute of America and prior experience as Head Cake Decorator and bakery owner. Custom Cake
Our custom cakes require a $200 minimum order with delivery fees based on location. Customers provide detailed design specifications including flavor preferences, event dates, and visual references. Our skilled decorators create unique edible art for weddings, birthdays, and special celebrations using premium ingredients.
Fresh Fruit Strudel
This world-famous strudel features seasonal fruits in a delicate, flaky crust. Made daily using traditional European techniques with locally sourced ingredients. Available as both whole strudels and individual servings for walk-in customers and pre-orders.
Seasonal Specials
We create limited-time offerings for major holidays including Thanksgiving, Halloween, and Breast Cancer Awareness Month. These rotating menus feature festive flavors and themed decorations. Sumi Campbell
President
Sumi Campbell, CIA-trained baker and former owner of Sumi's Oven, joined Hans & Harry's in 2006. She became co-owner in 2015 and President in 2024, bringing 18 years of pastry expertise and a commitment to quality ingredients.
Alex Campbell
Vice President
Alex Campbell transitioned from restaurant industry accounting to bakery leadership after joining in 2020. As Vice President, he applies 30+ years of business experience to operations while maintaining financial transparency and growth strategies.

How do I place a custom cake order?
Complete our online inquiry form with event details, design preferences, and delivery address. A minimum $200 order applies with additional fees for location-based deliveries.
What are your holiday hours?
We're closed Sundays and major holidays. Thanksgiving pre-orders require pickup on November 26th with specific deadlines for changes and cancellations.

This used to be my favorite place, but until today I got over charged by a manger name Veronica and she was so full of herself. This is unexceptionable for what she did and she is a manger while training another employee without saying sorry or apologizing for her own mistake. Shame on Han and Harry's Bakery should not have a manger like Veronica. I only purchased 6 items and 2 Strudels and she charged 7 items and 2 Strudels. Customers please be aware and make sure she charged you correctly. I will never coming back

This bakery is heaven on earth. The strudel is flaky and delicious. I've also had the eclairs, the tarts, chocolate croissants, and the cannoli. They were Al incredible. Must try.

Really good bakery. I waited an hour and a half on Christmas Eve 2021 to buy the fruit strudels, something I would not recommend doing. Please do yourself a favor - and avoid waiting in line for a ridiculous amount of time - by ordering fruit strudels two weeks in advance for Christmas. Besides the strudels, I also bought tiramisu, brownies and chocolate chip cookies. They were all excellent. I look forward to coming back to get more baked goods; hopefully with less of a wait time.

Great bakery!!! Beat desert and cakes for special occasions. We go every birthday to get the kids cakes and once your in the bakery very hard to not get other bread sweets . Everyone is nice and helpful when asking for Help .
